Helen has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for over half of that time. She has trained in Rocket, Mandala Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and Breathwork. Since her first teacher training, Helen's practice has transcended beyond just the physical – yoga is a way of life and she is passionate about sharing the transformative and healing aspects of this holistic practice. This retreat is a chance for us to delve deeper into the practice and get to know each other better. Helen can’t wait to host you.

the space

This spacious and bright villa enjoys 280-degree views of the surrounding countryside from its elevated position in the exclusive Sotogrande Alto estate. While eagles circle the open skies right in front of you, immaculate golf fairways edged with soaring firs unfold before the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea. The distant coastline of Morocco adds a special touch to the sunset vista.

The luxury villa trademark simplicity extends to the property’s extensive exterior spaces. The gardens are minimalistic in style: featuring manicured lawns forming a half-moon around the 17m-wide infinity pool, bordered by cypress trees and rockeries filled with low-maintenance succulents, palms, and lavender bushes. A thick screen of fir trees prevents the house from being overlooked and ensure the gardens enjoy optimum privacy.

Beyond a thick carpet of verdant treetops, the panoramic view expands: duncoloured mountains running in folds to meet the dense blue glider of the Mediterranean Sea. This impressive vista is best enjoyed from the wraparound ground floor terrace – preferably at sunset or through the large feature window of the lounge on cooler evenings.

The rooms are extended on three levels. On the lower ground – a king-size room to share; on the ground floor – a double shared room; the living area is directly connected to the infinity pool. On the upper floor are the rest of the bedrooms with the unobstructed views to the sea give a sense of place, and at the rear of the villa towards mountains.

The master room and all the double rooms are suitable for couples or friends. The twin rooms are perfect for the solo traveller.

The master room with super king-size bed £1450pp, double room with king-size bed from £1300pp, twin room with two single beds £1200pp. All rooms based on 2 people sharing, please enquire about single occupancy.

Non-refundable deposit: £400 pp deposit is required to reserve your place. The full payment is required by the 1st May, 2023. Payment plans available upon request.

the food

Our personal chef Lee will be looking after us during this beautiful and relaxing time by creating the most delicious daily meals using only the best seasonal ingredients found on the Costa del Sol. Post yoga brunches will be plentiful with eggs, bread, fruit, teas and coffee. An afternoon snack will see you through until evening practice, which is followed by a banquet dinner and dessert. Fresh fruit bowls and nuts will be available throughout the day. Our last night will be a celebration of local cuisine and chef will prepare tapas feast with fresh seafood. Vegan, vegetarian and other dietary requirements are all catered for.
