1. Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the product, the Buyer has the following options:
- Resize to Another Size: If the item doesn’t fit perfectly, the Buyer can exchange it for a different size.
- Change to Another Product: The Buyer can choose an alternative item from our collection.
- Refund: If the Buyer prefers, we may refund the amount paid for the product.
Important Notes:
- Refund Coverage: We refund money only for the purchased product. Shipping costs incurred during the return process are not covered.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: In exceptional cases where the goods are defective or damaged, the consignor (that’s us!) will cover all shipping costs incurred.
Return of Defective Goods
If you receive a defective product, follow these steps:
- Notification: Notify us via email (hello@pranatula.com) or phone (868129029).
- Options for Defective Products:
- We may handle the issue directly.
- We’ll replace the defective product with a new one.
- Alternatively, we’ll provide a similar product.
- If appropriate, we’ll reduce the price of the goods accordingly.
- In some cases, we’ll refund the money paid.
Conditions for Returning Goods
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order (no extensions beyond this period).
- The returned goods must be in their original, tidy, and undamaged packaging.
- The product itself must be undamaged and unused.
- The product’s commercial appearance (e.g., protective films, surfaces, components) should remain intact. However, this condition does not apply to defective product returns.
- The returned product must match the same configuration as received by the buyer.
Consignment Contents
The consignment to be sent back must include:
- Goods (with labels and in original packaging).
- A completed return deed.
Money for returned goods is refunded only by bank transfer to the payer’s bank account within 14 calendar days.
